No. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, including personal cancellation, schedule conflicts, failure to attend, or arrival after the permitted entry period.
Purchase tickets only through reverse.jkt and official REVERSE event links. Avoid unknown payment links or unofficial resellers.
Your QR ticket is issued after payment is confirmed. It will appear on the transaction page and may also be sent to your registered email.
Use the RSVP button for your chosen event or contact the official WhatsApp number. Our team will send current sections, minimum charge, and availability.
Late entry depends on the selected ticket terms and venue policy. A late fee may apply for a limited period; after that, entry may be refused or redirected to the final door charge.
